Happy Valentine's Day

 Valentine Play Date

My adorable and oh so lovable Valentine shopping buddy!

Valentines for our sweet little Valentines

 Valentine's Day Breakfast

It happened to be absolutely gorgeous weather on Valentine's Day...we went for a walk and enjoyed time outside before the cold weather came back.

 Valentine's Day Dinner

All Things Ella Grace

Ella's 15 month check up:
weight: 24 lb. 6oz.
height: 32 inches
Head circumference: 46 cm
Happy and Healthy Baby Girl - Praise God!

Ella consistently signs: eat, more, all done and please.
She can say lots of words: hi, hello, bye bye, night night, up/down, on/off, please, Amen, the end, Mommy, Daddy, Meow (makes this sounds for all animals), Abba (we think this is Bubba), all done, yea (while clapping hands), banana, wow, alright, okay, whoa, no (answer to any question, even when she means yes) whee (for sliding) and a lot of jibber jabber!
She understands so much: gives kisses ("mu-ah"), gives hugs, can follow short commands (bring Mommy the cup, etc...)
Sings multiple times a day: "I love you, you love me..." (The Barney Song) It is the cutest and sweetest thing ever! She also sings her ABC's in her own Ella Grace way. :)

She is crazy about giving high fives, her newly learned skill that she adores doing over and over.

Ella's favorite place to be is outside.

"Look Mommy, I can get on and go, all by myself!"

 Big girl playing at Chick-fil-A

One of Ella's favorite things to do...pull things out of the kitchen cabinets!

Ella loves to brush her teeth, such a big girl.  Good thing since she has a mouth full of teeth!

Her pretty hair is getting longer!

Ella finally started walking at 16 months!  Go Ella!! She gets a kick out of her boots that squeak with each step. She is so proud of her walking skills!

 Ella's first tearoom lunch!

Ella likes to stand on her head...she does this a lot!

Ella has new room additions...
a new dollhouse bookshelf, a play area and Daddy made a gate to go on the ladder so she won't climb up and fall.  Sweet Daddy taking care of his girl!

She loves looking at her books...that makes Mommy's teacher heart happy!

This and That

The kids have had a lot of fun with their new "rides."

Adam has a new ride too! We regret trading in our Honda CRV for our van, it was such a good commuter for Adam.  The Expedition just was not a good fit for commuting, so he traded it in for an older Honda CRV to drive to work. It is working out great!

Michael and Ella's first Hibachi Grill experience...so fun!  Michael was very entertained, but Ella Grace was a bit unsure.

We have had some rare ice days for the Houston area.

Thankful for a warm and cozy fire.

Brother and Sister just hanging out!
